During the renovation work of a farmhouse close to Alessandria, the Architect has received the specific request to create outdoor spaces that would enhance the home and at the same time be usable from spring to share the wonderful surrounding nature with friends and family.

After careful evaluation, Mosaico Drenante was the ideal choice thanks to its perfect combination of refined and personalized aesthetics and the technology of a continuous, durable, draining and non-slip surface.

Not being able to make the base with HiSkin Drain, a pervious concrete developed by HiSkin, because a concrete base layer was already present, there was an in-depth study by HiSkin Technical Team, the Architect and Construction Company to create a drainage base that would allow the water to return naturally to the ground without being conveyed into the white water discharges.

For this installation, Mosaico Drenante with Bardiglio Chiaro color was chosen, a perfect match with the color of the perimeter Luserna stones and with the colors of the façade and fixtures, also creating an elegant color contrast with the wood of the veranda.

Also in this installation, Mosaico Drenante proved to be the ideal choice for enhancing outdoor spaces in perfect harmony with nature.
